Brittany Dalton holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. She became licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia in 2019. She has 10 years of experience in the mental health field and has worked with clients concerning a variety of issues, including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, relational conflicts, spiritual issues, identity issues, adjustment, family issues, codependency, boundary issues, and issues of self-worth. Brittany is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy, as well as concepts from Family Systems Theory, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Psychodynamic Theory. It is her passion to work together with clients as they pursue growth and healing.
